How do you treat your mouth sores? Mouth sores can really be painful to have. It occurs anywhere in your mouth down to your throat. It is commonly triggered when you bite your cheek, tongue, and lip. Others get it from burns from hot food or drinks. I used to gargle warm water with salt, but it takes a while to heal. My husband use alum, but that is a very painful treatment. I searched the internet and found a chat thread about mouth sores and guess what, one suggested a probiotic drink like Yakult and it works for me. I would to like to hear your home remedy for mouth sores, share it with us. * I forgot to mention virgin coconut oil is also good. Specially if the mouth sore is just on the lips, great in relieving pain too.
