Sigh! Holidays are over!

The children have gone away to their relatives for ten days. There is heavenly silence in the house. I'm deeply enjoying the healing rest of my body and mind. I sleep a little more than usual and have very laid back mornings. I do everything with a relaxed feel.
Alas! It's going to end tomorrow. The children will return tomorrow and with them will return noise and shouts, hustle bustle, hurry burry and all that goes with caring of children.
Once we get into the time table life things will move on but can a foster father of thirteen children be ever free of worries?

I speak of them everyday. But they too needed to go out. Due to the pandemic they had to stay within four walls of the foster home
