I just mixed up a seasoned meat loaf for dinner and decided that I will head outdoors for a few minutes. I should have about 45 minutes before dark and that will give me a good amount of time to pick up limbs and have a quick burn. Can you believe I'm still picking up limbs and tree branches from Hurricane Delta? I will be glad when this chore is done and over with. When I come inside I will pop the meatloaf in the oven and try to wake up the sleeping hubby. Photo Credit: Pixabay, Public Domain

@kareng I have most of mine at least partially done. Not sure I will get the last fence panels moved tho. The sponge gourd vines are still producing blooms. So I want to let them keep going as long as they can. I might be getting those down next spring.

It is supposed to storm today so I will get a break but depending on how bad the weather is more limbs will be coming down too. Just can't win!!

It is slow going since it is mostly just me doing it. Lots of pecan trees, oak trees, pine trees, and other trees here over the three acres.

I can only manage 30 min. to an hour at one time before my back gives out. There is a good bit left. And also a few big tree branches that hubby will have to help with.

Yes this one problem all caused from the trees. Need to get the limbs up so hubby can chop all the falling leaves with the mower.
