No car or license at 33 years of old

I've never had a license or a car. I honestly have only drove to little stores around me. I haven't drove in traffic but one time yet. Basically I don't know how to drive. I'm having trouble finding someone to teach me to drive. I paid for a professional one time but it costs $60 in one hour and I can't afford that to finish learning to drive. I also asked her and she suggested to find someone for free, she didn't suggest using professional services to finish learning to drive. I feel like a failure now that I'm 33 years old and never had a license. The no car doesn't bother me as much but I can't afford a vehicle either. I thought about saving up for a vehicle but until I earn more income I honestly can't save up for a vehicle yet either.

Don't feel that way. I'm the same age, and I don't have a car either.

It's so expensive, isn't it? I can't afford it right now.

@o2bnocn It really is. Between the car, gas, insurance and all, it's definitely not cheap.

Don't worry, I learned driving and got my license when I was 43 years old. So it is never late for you Is it possible for your friends to teach you? So probably you don't have to pay so much. Here we must go to the driving school to learn how to drive. It spent me about USD1000 at that time.

@o2bnocn That is better. You can't imagine how serious the driving teacher is, he is a nightmare

Yes, its possible for friends and my mother to teach me to drive. Hopefully my mother can and possibly friends as well. I don't have to take the class in this state here because I meet the requirements to just take the exam or driving test.

I'm 29 and don't drive. No car and no license. And don't plan to get either. Though I do have my permit. Its not for everyone. And some dont need to do drive, as they can easily take buses or other transportation which cost way less.

I know right! Some people just don't need it. It sounds like a necessity though. I don't have my permit right now but I have held one before. I plan on taking the test for the permit so I can learn how to drive, especially in traffic.
