Where Did My Points Go?!?!

Sometimes one of my apps goes blank when I open it. When it does this all my earnings go blank and I can't use the app. I've been paid several times. But you never know when things will close out or shut down! I have to uninstall then install it again to get it to work. I'm heading towards a 2000 point bonus. I hope my points don't get erased. Has this ever happened on your favorite app?!

It does happen sometimes. Just today, I got an error from Justplay, that said that my country wasn't supported. Closing it out waiting a couple minutes, and then reopening it seemed to work. Apps glitch out. They become more popular, attract a larger user base, so that means they are more prone to glitching no matter how annoying it might be.

don't give up on it right away, check first if your app is updated, if it is then it might be server or congestion issues on their part. I think it's also wise to check on their facebook, twitter, discord or other socmed sites to know exactly what is happening and to find out what other users are experiencing. There might be important announcements on their site too like a down time due to an upgrade. Latest Reddit is also a good source of informationGood luck on your earnings
