My mentioned to my husband that I think for the kids Spring break this years that maybe we should do Hershey Park. The drive there would only be about 1-2 hours from were we live since we are on the board of West Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Tonight I priced out and for 2 day pass I can get 5 tickets for $200 vs the 1 day pass for 5 tickets being $225. We can go down one day do the park and get a hotel do more park and come back or for 2 nights and 3 days. 3rd day being coming home. The kids seemed to like the idea. Especially when I told them it’s an amusement park where they also make a lot of candy.

Thats not to bad, I like that place, made me laugh Hershey kisses as lamp posts. I never did make it to the park but Hershey Pennsylvania is pretty cool looking. Not sure how it is living there but I was like so this is what it looks like when a wealthy corporation gives back to the community. All my years on earth that was the only little city that did. That is pretty cheap compared to Disneyland. Someone did a price comparison from 2000 40 bucks per ticket then. 2021 185 bucks per ticket now. I always told them its to crowed for me. I guess that is one way to solve it.

Disney, is always expensive but there offer season is more affordable I went once when I was younger to Disney that was when my parents paid. My parents want to take my kids and do a big family vacation which I’m down for and we will all help to pay the trip because there is no way we are traveling with 4 kids by car across county we will fly.

@ShyBear88 Yeah they have specials but still to much for my blood, been there and not a fan of heights and the rest mostly for kids I think Disneyland is best for their side shows, do a lot of side movies and parades and stuff and that is pretty cool.

@crossbones27 Disney had a rides and activities for all ages. I never did the shoes because they are more expensive nor do we stay in the park hotels we did a rental places. Bought our own food and refillable bottles. Lots of people do lots of research before going to lower the coast of going. Which is when we plan a vacation I do as much research as possible Manila because my youngest has a lot of food allergies.

Never had a bad experience there before so I’m sure we will. But it’s not for a good few months in April. So I got time to kill.
