It's another Monday which means it's now the second week in November. I have to say that so far this month isn't too bad. Busy but not bad. Over the weekend we started to pull out our Christmas stuff. I know that it's early but when you're the only one decorating, it needs to be done a little at a time. I finally got others to see that. I have my Harry Potter tree up and I can finally start putting the ornaments on. We found them yesterday. I'm so excited about this lol. I also did NOT get the tickets for Readers on the River. The site was glitching and then they sold out in 25 minutes. We were going to keep an eye on the resale thread but when we talked we thought it would be better to wait until the next time. They're having it two years in a row this time so hopefully next year will be better and I'll score tickets. Here's for trying to turn a negative into a positive. Yesterday of course was football. Quite a few upsets on that front but that's okay. The Ravens still beat the Vikings so needless to say our house was loud for a bit lol. The daughter beat the father with her favorite player kicking the winning field goal!! Today is playing catch up. I need to get some computer work done since I did none of it over the weekend. I have a basket of laundry to fold and put away. I actually need to read and finish Serendipity by Kristen Proby because I got the ARC from Carrie Ann Ryan over the weekend for Enemy Heir. I'm really excited about both finishing and starting lol. There needs to be time for writing because as I was working on the Christmas story, I ended up starting another one. I called it Firefighter Come Home. Nice title if I can fit a story around it right. I also need to vacuum and clean up more of the dining room. With a few more touch ups, I think I can bring in the big tree. The main one. Once that tree is up, I can wrap presents. It may seem early but if I can get the box of presents out of the middle room then I can put a box of yard sale stuff in there. See, everything is dominoes here.
