Leaving Soon to Drive My Friend

Leaving shortly to drive my neighbor friend to her appointment. She just called and will be ready in 30 minutes. Glad I can help her out. Should be a nice day with sunshine. Cold now at 33 but it will be a little warmer later. I will have to wait in the car for her two hour procedure. But I will have my phone. See you all later this afternoon. Pixabay photo.

That is what is known as a good neighbor and more are needed in the world!! Drives me crazy here--all old, poor people---many don't have cars--those that do charge their neighbors $10 even if they are going to the place themselves---all I can think is "Wait until you don't have a car!!!"

I know of no other way to be for my friends and neighbors. Was glad to do it for her. I know exactly what you mean. When my Dad was alive, I was 500 miles away and could not pay anybody to do anything.

I hope that all goes well with your friend today. I am taking Kathern back to the eye doctor tomorrow morning to see how the first new injection she had has done for her. It is good to be able to help friends out.
