Does anyone Here Write for Medium?

I have been looking for a new platform for my freelance writing. I am currently on HubPages. I used to write for Textbroker but I haven't in such a long time that they closed my account. I was doing some research last night and came across 2 sites I hadn't heard of before: Medium and Vocal. After reading some reviews on both of them, I think Medium might suit me best. Does anyone here write for Medium and if so, do you recommend it as a site to earn money on?

I've never heard of it. And, I don't think I write well enough that a freelance writting job would be right for me.

@Kouponkaren If you're not sure, it's better to play things on the safe side. I struggle with grammar and spelling, and it would be very time consuming to go through spell check using a screen reader.

I am going to do some more research before joining. They accept blog style posts and that's my favorite way to write, so it might be a good fot for me. I am not ready to make the leap yet though.

I also wrote for Hub Pages years ago but I was working full time and another job part time so I didn't have time to put into it. I might look into it now as I am retired.

@ramapo17 Ivy only been on mylot for the past few years. I think Expertscolumn is going. I wrote there for a long time but haven’t been there for awhile.

Years ago I was looking for ideas of things to write about and I got a list of over 100 ideas. Try it, maybe it is still there. I did get some good ideas. That was for a different site I was on many years ago.

I do believe that Vocal charges you to write there. That doesn't sit well with me. I have heard of Medium and I don't remember too much about it so would be interested in your findings.

I never heard of it,so i do some searches.I find it is banned by GFW of CCP. CCP is really evil.I can't see or use it,so i won't say much,just wish you have fun after all

I have never of Medium. I tried Vocal and I was not happy with them not publishing one of my stories since it had a suggestion that all of us should pray for help to God before he we go to work in our lives.
