Raindrops Are Falling

Just as predicted, we have raindrops falling now. Afterwards we will get very cold weather again. No problem, as I plan to stay in today. Managed to get a walk in earlier. Now enjoying the raindrops. Also, I got another box ready for donation. There is a nearby family that lost everything in a fire. I plan to give to the family.

We'll probably get that rain tomorrow, but today was nice. I'm so sorry for that family that had a fire. I know God will bless you for helping them.

@CarolDM I'm thankful no one was hurt, but so horrible to lose your home and probably everything in it. So many important things can't be replaced.

We're having a cold rain currently. Thankfully it was dry when we were out and about. I'm sorry for the family who lost everything in the fire. I'm busy making up boxes and garbage bags full of things to donate next week. We cleaned out a closet this afternoon. Rainy days are perfect for that.

@CarolDM That will be what they always remember. One of my hubby's brothers had a housefire. It was terrible, he lost everything, even a car that was out in the driveway. My hubby and I got the family all together for a little party. Everyone gave me a donation and I went out and shopped for necessities for him. His insurance company covered him and he bought clothes for work and a coat and things like that, but he lost all of the nice clothing that he received as Christmas gifts. I also gave him a homemade quilt that I had made. He used that forever and was so thankful.

The rain started last night. It was still raining a bit this morning, but I think it's stopped now. We're supposed to get some sun later.

@CarolDM What a nice thing you are doing to help a family that lost everything in a fire. Yesterday it rained and was a cold morning and today I was prepared when I threw out the garbage. I have to go out and do what I could not do yesterday and hope it will not rain on me.

@CarolDM That is nice that you do try to help when you can. The last time I did help someone that was not enough for them so they took things and money from me and I will never see it again so that left me not wanting to help that way and try and find ways to help those I trust only and you are welcome.

Sunny today, but rain and cooler weather slated for tomorrow as we are now in our roller coaster pattern rain - cold - warm repeat til after Easter when it gets hot again.

It would be awful to lose everything in a fire. That's good of you to donate things to them. I'm sure they'll be grateful. We had rain overnight but it's sunny again now.
