PLEASE Be Careful

I went out for my morning walk and wiped out about 10 minutes from home. I banged my head and my elbow but other than a really good headache, I'm okay. I also was carrying a whistle just in case I ever needed it, but I managed to get home without any difficulty. I was to blame though... I should have been wearing proper boots and I wasn't. Won't make that mistake again. Just don't want this to happen to anyone else. I'm going to putter around on the computer because I know that I will be imagining all kinds of thinks linked to hitting your head.

I'm sorry to hear that this happened, but I am happy to that you're alright. The roads can definitely get very slippery.

You had quite a scare, I hope that you can rest and get rid of that nasty headache. I always walk with my cellphone in case I need 911.

I hope you are fine, it is still very warm here, but soon good boots will be needed for the morning walk.

That is scary. Keep a close watch on the headache. I have fallen a few times especially during the winter months. Not a good feeling. I once came myself a concussion when I fell and banged my head.
