Why isnt mylot responding to any questions/comments ?? .. Is it only with me ?? or anyone else as well ? .. PLEASE RESPOND !

I contacted mylot with genuine problems am facing on mylot 3 days back but i haven't gotten any response as yet. i sent them one more message today. i lose points for adding comments to my discussions, my reponses don't get posted on other discussion though they arent abusive and my best responses are listed....i hope they solve my problem its really frustrating,.:(
