Happy Thanksgiving a couple days late.

On Thursday was Thanksgiving in the United States. We had a turkey with some family members in Los Gatos. There were 2 kinds of salads,potatoes at gratin, cornbread and sausage stuffing,rolls,Brussels sprouts,gravy,cranberry sauce along with a roast turkey. There was pumpkin walnut pie and apple pie for dessert. Both pies were from a farmers market in the Central Valley. It was a good dinner. Does anyone else celebrate Thanksgiving, either in Canada or the United States? If so, what did you gave and do?

I went to my friends' house. The food was wonderful. Los Gatos is in a pretty area. I used to go through there often.

I like the mountains covered in forests. I have actually seen bobcats in the area. I like the downtown too. Did you ever live there?

@Aquitaine24 No, but an ex-girlfriend's parents lived in the Santa Cruz Mountains. I used to visit there often.

@Courtlynn we didn’t have mashed potatoes, but we had potatoes at gratin. We didn’t have sweet potatoes.

This year it was just my wife and me for Thanksgiving dinner. We got the meal from a restaurant, but it wasn't that great.

Happy Thanksgiving to you too! I had heart burn on Thanksgiving and couldn't eat til today!! I was so mad. I would rather have this after eating dinner
