This morning, when I woke up, I muttered a simple prayer that I be able to disseminate the good news in whatever way. When I went outside to water my garden, the skies were shaded grey. Despite the gloom, I decided to perk up. Somehow, I'd find a way. Logged in to myot but someone condescended my person again and I logged out, hoping to stave off the unpleasant feeling. I can't. I am just too sensitive that mindless creatures really get under my skin. Grrrr. I chose not to retaliate because I'm done dignifying cheap shots. So I watched a movie, my default activity that keeps my mind off egregious things. 'Life Changes Things' is a story about a young couple who, in 1978, found themselves in an abortion clinic because the father, a college kid, couldn't raise a child who would only jeopardize the grand career that lies before him. Fast forward thirty four years later, a young oncologist has got a breakthrough with a machine that could cure cancer. As chance would have it, his patient who would have funded his project turned out to be his father. The young doctor got angry initially when the father told him the truth, Life had been one heck of a melancholy and desperation that he buried his self in study and research. But life changes things and the young doctor, with the help of his girlfriend, was able to forgive his father. With the treatment performed by his son, the father's zest for life was renewed. It is now at the end of the story, when the doctor and the father were about to shake hands, that the movie flashes back to that scene at the beginning, when the mother was asked if she was ready for the abortion procedure, and she reluctantly nodded yes, that the film ends the life story of the doctor, aborted before he was born. See what a simple prayer in the morning can do? It will be granted when the gospel is needed to be heard. I've been meaning to post a discussion about the pending case in America about abortion. Now I have the courage to say that abortion is a crime more hideous than the genocide, for in abortion, the babies had not even been born, and they are already killed. Yes, America, abortion is a crime because it is a deliberate termination of a life.
Outside an abortion clinic in 1978, Madeline Ryan is 19 years old, confused and about 12 weeks pregnant. Her 23 year-old boyfriend is a career-minded student...

I missed you. Talk about chums one can count on, thanks for lending the shoulder to cry on. When such things happen, I still clam up. Your comforting words made me feel better. The film is timely and socially relevant. Young people should be made aware of the consequences of irresponsible actions. The plot twist caught me by surprise. I totally did not expect the ending. It's already the second Sunday of Advent. Will be spending my day with my girls. Have a blessed day!

@eileenleyva Of course Eileen..always here for you. As I know you are for me. God bless you all there xo Yes young ones today ..it would be perfect if the thought that consequences are the result of actions..but today it seems irrelevant..it is a very sad shame that is the world today.

@RebeccasFarm A quiet day with my daughters. Both have their noses poked on their researches. I napped for four hours. I didn't realize I was so tired. Thanks. Hoping you and your son are having charming mother and son moments also. Blessings to you both. True, about time young men learn continence and young women learn to respect their bodies by not subjecting themselves to harmful and dangerous physical procedures called abortion.
