Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. Today, 7th December is celebrated every year as "International Civil Aviation Day". This day is celebrated in order to generate awareness about the importance of International Civil Aviation. It also recognises the unique role civil aviation plays in creating a rapid transit network around the globe. Civil Aviation includes flight activities conducted by the private and commercial sectors representing all non military aviation. It also helps to improve economic and social development of states. The importance of International Civil Aviation can be understood by knowing some statistics:- 1). The Global Air Transport sector supports 65.5 million jobs. 2). It creates Global Economic Activity worth 2.7 trillion dollars. 3). Each day 1,20,000 flights carry 12million passengers safely to their destination. 4). This industry supports 3.6 percent of the global economic activity. Countries throughout the world hold variety of events including air shows, educational seminars about aviation and special airport tours. Share your thoughts about it. Have a good day. Take care!!!

Kudos to the Civil Aviation group and when more travel bans have been lifted, hopefully businesses will be back to normal. Maybe not like before, but at least picking up pace.

They are so important in today's life. They have a big contribution to reducing the world to a Global village. They generate so much of employment. Sadly that they were one of the worst affected ones in the pandemic
