I love greens. / myLot

For m, there's only two ways to do it. It's either I'm too lazy to get coriander and parsley and clean them and use them, or I will get them and use A LOT of them in my meal. I just love to see the green in my plate it feels more healthy to me.

It doesn't really have a name, it's just bread with cream cheese spread, cucumber and eggs with fresh herbs on top.

It's actually coriander and parsley chopped and cooked with eggs.

I also love cucumber radish tomato in salad
