i can drink up to about 3 cups of coffee a day.i reached 5 when i was reviewing for an exam before, u know, cramming, and coffee was my bestfriend at that time.i love coffee more than any drink.but nothing is ever good when consumed in a mass quantity, but like 2 or 3 cups a day is usually okay.
share some of ur experiences with coffee and u may take a sip on it while typing.^_^

i don't drink coffee nowadays and i don't know why, lol! maybe i'm just lazy to make one but when i was working at an office i usually take a coffee in the morning, those coffee in packs. i love the mocha java flavored coffee ( i hope i'm right!) coffee are good when it's hot but i like mine to be cold as ice, lol! so sometimes i let it be cold first before i drink it, hahaha. i make 2 cups of coffee everyday 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon sometimes during breaktime. i just stopped drinking coffee when had a feeling of nervousness sometimes.

coffee perks me up in the morning and let me stay awake at night when i need to ....they say coffee is an antioxidant, and its better when its brewed
