Should pregnant women be arrested for child abuse if they use drugs when they

are pregant which might affect the baby? I think they should be sent to treatment and the child taken away.

i ABSOLUTELY! think that they should be arrested for child abuse AND be sent to treatment immediately.. by the time they have the child.. a doctor should make the decision as to whether they are "fit" to take care of their child or not
