many people leave their work 4 the last moment n than not only do they get panicky themselves but also make others life miserable.....r u one amongst them or do u plan ur schedule before time....

well cant say im perfct in evrythng thing i do n im pucca organised...i do go outta track sometymes but thn in certain thngs i am pretty wel organised...

I am very organized when it come to work and school, but not always so much at home. Not sure why, maybe because they pay me to be organized at work?

I do generally plan and organise my work but I have a tendency to procrastinate. I tend to be more efficient when the deadline is near. When I was still working, I usually gave my subordinates enough time frame to work and not give them the undue stresses. I am still learning...
