Sourdough Bread With Melted Butter

For the first time I found a sourdough mix for my bread machine. It has been cooking almost four hours. Smells so good in here. Just cut a slice and it is delicious with melted butter. And it will be really good with soup for dinner soon. You can also cook this bread in the oven. I may try that next. I have two other boxes. Wanted to try it in my bread machine first. It has been awhile since it was used. Photo is mine.

I used to make sour dough bread. I could find the recipe if I’d get my cook books out and look. I remember you must first make the starter and let it sour.
