I slept alone last night

First a bit of backstory. Vince has a few health issues, all of which are well under control, or at least they were. He takes tablets for high cholesterol, has a leaking heart valve and high blood pressure. He developed a persistent headache just after New Year then yesterday he had chest pains and was sweating. He couldn’t get to see the doctor but the nurse suggested we go straight to emergency to get him checked out. Long story short, he was kept in overnight for observation as his heart-rate was very irregular (atrial fibrillation). I’m waiting for a phone call to learn ‘what happens next’. Hopefully, it isn't something too serious. Any prayers or positive vibes would be appreciated. Photo of us but we look older now!

@LadyDuck You don't really get much rest in a hospital, depending on the circumstances. They were taking obs (observations) every few hours.

Keeping you both in my thoughts. I hope it's just one of life's little hiccups and he comes back home quickly.

I feel almost positive that a few days difference in age isn't the only difference if we compared the original photo with the one you've posted.

And yes, I've heard photographers might have to make "minor" adjustments to different "elements" in a photo so it looks "correct" enough to suit everyone featured in it.

Thanks for the good wishes. We did a Christmas photo once of a group of us. We had to make sure we looked equally as bad as everyone else. Some of the men looked very much like Shrek.

Oh bless him at least he is not escaping from you. I am sleeping alone tonight. I think my boyfriend is already fed up with my loud snoring and decided he needs a restful sleep. He's sleeping in the living room.

@JudyEv This really bothers me as he is a light sleeper. We are planning to move in together it feels a little daunting haha. I snore like a bear. A blanket won't do.

It's still pretty warm but since Sunday, he hasn't really been out in it. Thanks for the prayers and he's now home although he still hasn't got rid of his headache. I think he might need to drink more water. He mostly just has coffee during the day.
