A special education teacher in Florida is one person who amazes me in the way she likes to teach her students to think outside of the box when she found out that only two of her students in her classroom have seen a snowman much less any snow in Florida. Robin Hughes who is the Special Education teacher in Florida asked her sister Amber Estes who lives in Danville Kentucky if she could mail a snowman from Kentucky via the services of United Parcel Services (UPS) to Florida express service so Robin can show her students what a snowman looks like. Thanks to a strong snowstorm that passed through Danville, Amber was able to build a small snowman that was placed inside a package that was placed with foil and ice that would travel 800 miles from Kentucky to Florida. Thank goodness that the package arrived to Robin's classroom intact so Robin could show her students in school a real life small snowman which made her students very happy. Good teachers not only enjoy their profession by sharing knowledge of what they know since both the teacher and student learn something new.

I agree with you since teachers who do good works are not recognized as they should by the media.

That is very true since the pay for their work is not that great.

Good teachers really do go out of their way to help their students. We have met so many dedicated people who teach. That snowman experience had to be wonderful for the students.

That is true since it seldom snows in south Louisiana.

I agree with you since I was wondering how they would get a small snowman from Kentucky to Florida without the snowman melting on the way.
