My Daily schedule

- waking up - checking my phone - walking on terrace for about 10 mins - logging into laptop for office, since WFH is going on. - eating some food bit by bit whole day - logging off from work - going to Gym - dinner - netflix - sleep This schedule is more or less same i am following from last 1.5 years and there are days when i feel like i am stuck in a same loop . LOL Sometimes i am happy with it but sometimes all i want is to pack the bag and go out somewhere ...

@Neil43 right now i am watching raising dion. hahah same for me but because of office work nowadays i am not able to watch much on netflix

Try to switch up the routine, while you can. If you can do something different. Try it. Add a second walk, cut some time off from Netflix....

@flapiz if possible try to take out 2,3 days in a week for some exercise but for you it maybe difficult because of your night shifts

I feel almost everyone is feeling what you mentioned lastly. It's good to have routine. I guess that's what enable us to stay sane. Take care

somehow i manage time for this. there are days when i go to gym at 9 p.m also , i know its late but if i will see the timing then mostly i will keep on skipping the gym .
