My exercise

Yesterday I did 30 burpees.
plus 90 jumping jacks.
Today I did 50 burpees.
plus 150 jumping jacks.
I chose these type of exercise because
you don't need a gym and you can do it in your house.
and of course, I sweat a lot after doing my exercise.
Do you guys do exercise?
What is your exercise routine?

As far as I know it is one of the hardest form of exercise, without using a gym or exercise tool.

This one is best explained with a photo. It was named after its inventor, Royal Huddleston Burpee, it's a full body exercise. Even though it has strength components, done in repetition turns into a cardiovascular exercise. It can also be used as a warmup before a strength training session.

I had a phase of doing planks, cant really be bothered at the moment as nobody wants to see my body lol

Wow. I am inspired. You are doing lot. I have heard these exercises to be tough. I take walk and exercise regularly. I am not into shape yet to start burpees. I do jumping jacks but less count

I try not to lose weight (see my discussion lol) I stick to walking and tennis now, if I run people think im a skeleton
