Appointment in the morning and shopping

I have an appointment with my psychiatrist at 11, then it's shopping for groceries. I am still working on the list. I clipped coupons, and just remembered I need to look at the weekly savings for Fred Meyer. I will do that in a moment. I just slept for four hours so I'll be good for a while. I will hopefully take a short nap before I leave.

I hope the day is good for you. Good you have an actual psychiatrist..there are few and hard to get here. We only get useless therapists that dont know jack.

I guess I am lucky, she's a real psychiatrists nd actually helps me out. I haven't been so lucky in the past.
