Mystery Hallway

I have been living at this complex for about 5 months now and somone is throwing mystery meat in the hallways. I am getting upset about that becuase this is not funny and it smells. I wonder why People do these things. The Landlord has been been poor on mantience and this meat has been sitting there rotting for quite sometime. It is gross and vile. My window was recently broken and its been like 3 months and they have not fixed it as well. I cant figure out why they are not taking care of this especially winter time is here. Hopefully something will be done about this it is rediculous. I might move if nothing gets done so rediculous.

@tuckersheri Use gloves. How come no one else is throwing it away.

Put on gloves and put the meat in a bag and put in front of a maintenance door and walk away.
Make a sign out of cardboard for the broken window like Broken Since... or Landlord Eats Worms and put it so others can see it. Put double sided tape around the window frame on the inside and cover it with a sheet of plastic. The sign and the plastic will serve as a barrier and will stop drafts from filtering in.
Call and request maintenance to repair the window again. Follow it up with a letter to the owner of the complex with copies going to maintenance and yourself.
Short of making a big deal with the landlord or the city, this is your best bet.
