Apartments whose rent has skyrocketed

There are brokers in Moldova who are engaged in renting apartments , they have always been more expensive than the owners , but the situation that has now happened is simply absurd , as it is already known thousands of refugees from Ukraine crossed the border of Moldova , and lo and behold , the brokers went crazy , apartments that cost 200-300 euros a month for rent began to be rented for 1000 or more , it shocked everyone , the desire to cash in on someone else 's grief never ended well . People began to attract the attention of the authorities to these actions that go beyond human understanding , peace and kindness to all .

We always get to see the two extreme sides of human traits in the time of such crisis. While many would come forward with inspiring humanitarian acts, we will always have those who would leave no stones unturned to cash the grim situation. It's sad and unfortunate.

Did they think the refugees would be able to afford that? Or did they raise the rent price so that the refugees avoid the apartments? Either way they are not doing themselves any favor

I know it's wrong to think this way but I would like to see brokers offices destroyed for the practices they play out. They are nothing more than bloodsuckers.

That's so sad. Do they think the refugees are very rich?
I think refugees should be given free homes or tents before they get financially stable again
