Now I Know

Today just after ordering dinner my laptop I did a couple of things and when I came back to my laptop I couldnt get the screen to log back in and it was frustrating. My brother who know s few things about computers (more than me) tried and couldnt either. I thought I was going to have to wait a couple of days till I could get to a computer repain shop but when my sister came in she was able to get the screen to work and now I know what to do next time as it was that simple.
All she did was hit Control Alt and delete at the same time and the sign in screen came up. Now I know what to do the next time and have it written down in case I forget.

I like to think I know a lot about laptops, but I just got a new one a couple days ago and it might just be smarter than I am.

I'm glad your laptop works now. I learned about the control/atl/delete sequence many years ago when I was employed.

Your sister is a very smart person who used her knowledge of working with computers to solve the screen to come back on.

Control, Alt, Delete can solve a multitude of problems! I'm glad you were able to fix your computer.
