When I said, sorry I can't hangout tomorrow, I have appointment with psychiatrist. And then ppl be like, but psychiatrist/psychologist is only for ppl who is insane. If you are one of those ppl, pls stop thinking or saying in that way and make a person who want to go to that places feels embarrassed. As same as a doctor, you go there because you love yourself and take care of yourself and nothing wrong with that. You go to psychiatrist/psychologist not because you are insane but to save yourself, to prevent yourself of being crazy in the hand of professional. Obviously it's still better than making self diagnose that you are PTSD, Bipolar etc. How about you? Do you agree that psychiatrist or psychologist is only for ppl who is crazy?

I agree with you. Sometimes people get depressed or have some issues mentally then going to a psychiatrist is fine. I don't say that only the people who are insane go to a psychiatrist.

Indeed, as well as not only people who are dying that go to the doctor, right? Sometimes prevent actions are much better than fixed it after it happened

I absolutely agree to each and every word you wrote. You should go for it. People say all kinds of stuff. Irony is that they aren't sensitive about mental health which is bad. Do not listen to such people. Yes self care is very important and one should do whatever one feels like. Take care

It took me a long time to convince myself to go to psychiatrist, to believe myself that I need help. To keep going forward with ppl keep telling me I am insane because I need to go to psychiatrist, it isn't easy. Yet it's even harder to see myself struggle in a battle that I don't know to win without help of professional health care.

@Mrlnvk I can very well understand your feeling as I have gone through it. Don't think much, just visit a psychiatrist. It will help you. Take care
