what makes you feel down

what things make you feel down, dumb or not wanted??

nothing as such but sometimes when i really try to hit hard the things then the failure makes me feel dumb down or good for nothing. but good thing is this feeling does not survive for long in me. i am always get going kinda person. waht about you?

well a few things make me feel dumb, mainly my boyfriend family, or sometimes my sisters try make me feel dumb. being used by people i thought were good friends also hurts as well. i have also found when you in an environment you dont want to be in, then you feel down, and just want to leave.

The one thing that made me feel really down was when I tried to bench press 245lbs last fall and I couldn't manage to finish the rep. It took me a while to get back to 250 lbs. but man, that really took the wind out of my sails. I was sure I was going to do it then.

I think my hormones play a big part in the emotions you have listed so try very hard to get through these types of emotions with a lot of will power, most times it works.
