It is supposed to be really warm today; and then two cold fronts are coming through which will drop the temperatures into winter weather once again. So tired of this! Hope you are having a lovely Sunday.

This week is supposed to be mostly 60s I think...however we always have wind so it is never enjoyable.
Sounds like interesting meals....hope you enjoyed.
I made a barbecue beef mac and cheese casserole thing yesterday

@LindaOHio I ate it anyways. Haven't been doing low carb. So much for 2022 being a successful year. Just been a stressful year; losing my uncle and worried every day that we will lose my grandpa.
I had reasons beyond health to be successful this year, but stress is getting to me. Sorry for the ramble

I sometimes buy breakfast bars at Dollar Tree but their breakfast bars are not as healthy as your's.

I had chicken taco salad for lunch and a “breakfast bowl” for dinner. Oh, and I discovered frozen fruit bars. Two for a point. YUM!!!!
