Do you weigh yourself all the time?

The last time i weighed myself was last week and as usual i wasn't happy with it. So i try not to weigh myself all the time so i don't get depressed and have a relapse. I know losing weight doesn't happen overnight but soemtimes im so sensitive that i can easily give up and return to my old unhealthy habit.

Bathroom scale - This could be your enemy or your best friend! It all depends on the numbers that show up on it, but don't beat yourself up over it, that won't solve anything.
I weigh myself about 3-4 times a week. I try not to get discouraged because it is always fluctuating. My mom says you need to weight yourself at the same time of day once a week, wearing the same thing, and that is your true weight. I'm just trying to lose 5 lbs. but I just went on vacation so I'm having a hard time getting back into the routine of working out and eating better! Blast vacation... it was a cruise!

much better if you weigh yourself without wearing clothes. a tank top or a pair of jeans could add a pound or two to your true weight.

i weigh myself usually once every week or two, but not too often, ofcoarse right now im pregnant and going to gain weight, but I still dont like it and don't want to gain too much so I try to monitor my weight to make sure Im gaining enough but not too much.

when i feel that ive lost weight and then i weigh myself and the scale doesnt agree with me, i get depress easily.sigh.sucks to be overweight.

i know how you feel. that's why try not to weigh all the time. Oprah said that you weigh on the first day that you plan to lose weight and weigh again after 2 weeks to see for any changes.

I am not overweight and I do not require the services of weighing scale. My wife is slighly obese and she has a weighing scale at home. She uses almost alternate days. My son is obese and after exercise and bath everyday, he checks up the weight.

How long that you are going to keep on like this? Is your weight exceed Body-Mass-Index (BMI)? There are a few web page that can offer you your BMI calculation. If it is within the normal range, than it is nothing to worry about, all you need is just to maintain healthy diet. If you are overweight, than you need to watch out your diet and do more exercise. Of course, from time to time, we will be out of control the food and drink that we consume, especially go to friend's party. Just don't do it too often.

I do not weigh myself all the time. I do it once in a month or a couple of months. The last time I weighed myself, I was a whopping 80kgs... Now I have reduced a bit... I have to weigh myself now...

I usaully don't weigh myself regularly.. but sometimes when I fell weak or drowsiness I refer that,... I am not a helth consious person who wakes up in the morning and keep thier first step on the weighing machine... But there are many who does that...I don't understand how to maintain thier health...

If you weigh yourself every day sometimes it can motivate you to eat right for that day. It just depends on the person. Eating in a healthy manner is the best way to lose weight. Eat things that are real, not processed.

I am not very concerned the weight although I know I need to since I am a girl, hehe, but I like to be free and nature. The last time I weight myself, eh, let me think, it was 4 month age, hehe

I have a bad habit of doing it every time I wake up. My scale though just broke so maybe it's a sign to stop lol. It is good though to weigh yourself now and then to see exactly where you are at. It's just where it becomes obsessive that it is an unhealthy habit.

When I'm eating all the wrong foods, I know that I gain easily, so I usually weigh myself once or twice a week. But when I doing really good and know i'm losing, I weigh myself 2-3 times a day! I know that's not healthy, but I get obsessive because I've always had a weight problem.
