Fun Day

Spent it at the auction. The temperature got decent in the mid 60s F. It was cool inside the building because of the breeze. But I had long sleeves so didnt mind too much. Almost everything went very high today. I wished I had taken a couple of my baskets to sell. A friend did get lavender plants for 2 dollars each. I paid her for one of them as I think at least one of mine died this winter. The only other thing I got was 3 ladles for 50 cents each. I am going to make some fat bombs for snacks. These are a nice size for scooping them to form into balls. When we got home I finally took the dahlias out to the greenhouse. Tomorrow I need to go get things organized in there so I have a little bit more room. I am going to be starting more seeds soon. Its getting late enough in the year that most of them can be started in the greenhouse now. I might need to carry them in a few nights while they are still very new. But a lot of times they would be fine outside. So that was my day. Hope yours was fun.

Shame you had nothing to sell, it is weir how sometimes things to higher than others. I still have my plants in the greenhouse, but I hope to bring everything outside in 10 to 14 days.

I am taking stuff next Friday. That will be a big sale being right before Mothers day. So that will make nice room in the greenhouse for seed starting of other plants. I need to get one set up that I can heat.

We had a nice day here but I didn't stay outside too long. Got some boxes moved and came back inside. You are lucky that you have a nice place to sell your flowers at!!

That's great when is a fun time at the auction. Weather doesn't sound too bad. Here it would have been nice but we had really strong winds. That's great about the ladles and making fat bombs! I need to get back into making those and getting back to low carb lol

It usually is there. The weather is slowly getting better. Yes you do to make them for good snacks. Mine will not be totally low carb. But lower calorie.

@MommyOfEli2013 Once I got my weight down I was able to stop watching carbs as long as I exercise and dont over eat.

@wolfgirl569 That is good to hear that the weather is slowly getting better. Ours is going back and forth. Nice yesterday, rain today, maybe snow on Tuesday (eww). My fat bombs are not low calorie lol! But whatever works for you is good. I worry more about carbs than calories though; I carb count not calorie count!

Sorry you didn't get more goodies at the auction. Our housekeeper came on Friday; and she did a lot of little things that I can't do. I don't know what I would do without her!
