Today I had a big salad for lunch! Shredded lettuce, lasagna shredded cheese, cheddar shredded cheese and croutons with vinegar and oil. Some pepperoni would have been nice, but we didn't have any. How about you? What did you have for lunch? Photo by myself

I love salads. I had Meals on Wheels - Pork loin, sweet potatoes, peas, roll and pears.
