So what busy times I have been having.
I have been so so busy since the last two weeks owing to some recent developments.
May be I would share about them when things are steadier.
So a few things :
1)Even with some Dust storms as well as some rains, there is just a dip of 1/2 C.
So the 43/44 C are now close to 40C.
We do need more rains or at least clouds to bring temperature down further.
The 2020/21 lockdowns had one good side effect - lesser heat in the Summers at least till May.
But well, the terrible times did bring misery to many.
2)My Mylot Post count has been seeing a rapid depletion. That means someone might have removed their old discussions or is the Admin doing some secret cleanup?
3)Good parenting or not, sometimes it seems as if the kids these days won't listen to us much.
So it will be us parents who need to change their mindsets.
4)One needs to enjoy whatever good moments come in life and not be waiting for perfection or logical conclusions.
5)Progressed a bit on de-cluttering :
removing old clothes and an old blanket; as well as old books and a few more things.
So, what's up with you folks?

An update here- we got early morning rains and as of 8.37 am, the temperature is 26 C whereas we were having temperatures of around 34 C at this time!
Strong winds and rains.
Something similar to what you have !
Also the maximum would be down from 42/43 to 35 or 36 C.
Relief from the heat for a few days.

I delete my discussions from time to time but haven't done it recently, not my fault. 
We have to praise the good kids more and make sure they teach the bad ones how to behave. After all, all kids want to be praised and loved, especially by their peers.

Once we are credited, the earnings stay there. We usually delete old discussions anyway.

You can have some of our cold and rain, if you want. We're under a flash flood watch right now. We've had rain every day for this last week.
I'm sorry, I haven't felt like making any posts on myLot for a couple of weeks. I didn't realize me not posting was that obvious. 
Kids have NEVER listened to their parents. Why would you expect them to listen now?
Pretty is insisting that we go shopping today. I don't want to go. We have plenty of food on hand.

I would wait for the time when we can exchange 'Weather" courtesy other folks

Yeah that is why the term "Generation Gap".
Our parents feel that we are too stressed about our kids and think of some of our spendings as totally useless.

We are feeling better in this part of India as rains have started pouring though intermittently. It's below 40 degree now in my city.

Lots of people delete their old discussions here. I don't give much importance to the number of activities here.
That's normal that kids never listen to their parents, my kids also don't. When I think I feel I was an obedient child who used to listen to everyone.

Yes it causes wet dirt at some places.
We had good rains in the morning and that has come as a relief.
