Do You Have A Hard Time Delagating?

You are good at what you do. You didn't become successful by not having your hands on everything it took for you to be where you are. No one can do it better! Do you have a hard time delegating?

No, not at all. I'm currently semi-retired. Just doing some freelance work. When I was working, I was the head of a department. Delegating work to department staff was part of job to get things done.

Not at all! When I was still working (I'm retired now), I even flattered my colleagues occasionally to make them do something I was too lazy or disinterested to do.
