The year is half over. How can that be? It's also Canada Day, so happy C Day to my fellow Canadians. And it's also my Aunt Bea's birthday. She would have been 100 today if she hadn't died three years ago. Have some cake, I guess.

I know that the provincial police are out in full force. We saw countless ones this morning looking for speeders.
