Hi... This is ayam geprek (Smashed chicken) .
A fried chicken smashed by chili sauce :-) :-). My favorite menu for dinner.
One serving of geprek chicken consists of: rice, chicken, sambal (chili sauce),cucumber and lettuce. It tastes spicy.
Of course not every night I eat this fried chicken. But often. I eat this about 3 times a week. My other favorite food for dinner is fried noodles. And what is your favorite food for dinner?
