Ginger milk

Hi... This is ginger milk. Suitable to drink when the weather is cold. I often make this drink during the rainy season and in the middle of the dry season when the wind blows very hard in the afternoon and night. How to make it as follows: - take some ginger, burn for a while and clean the ginger. - Boil ginger into 1 cup of water - after boiling, pour into a glass, add enough powder milk and it's ready to drink.

@akanetuk Yesterday the temperature at 3 pm was 32.5 C, the day before we reached 35 C, it is very hot here right now, we are under the African heat wave. Anyway Switzerland is far to have the coolest temperature, Germany, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Sweden, Norway and Finland are A LOT colder.

What is the temperature over there? Switzerland is one of coolest temperature in Europe.

When the weather is very cool, I make the ginger milk. But when the weather not too cool or hot of course we will not drink that.

Interesting, I will give it a try, though I enjoy my ginger raw and unmixed so that I can derive full benefits from the nutrients.

I used to have ginger juice but ginger milk, I haven't tried it yet. Maybe I need to try one.
