Chicken satay In my hometown there are many types of satay - chicken satay - goat satay - beef satay - snail satay - rabbit satay - etc Among all types of the satay, I love most chicken satay . Served with lontong (rice cooked in banana leaves) and topped with peanut sauce. It was delicious. You can also add vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers.

Chicken satay is really delicious. I tried it in an Indonesian restaurant in Hong Kong. I used to have beef satay too. But now I don't eat beef.

@Istycute Actually, I seldom go to an Indonesian restaurant in HK. Last time I went there with friends was many years ago. We had beef and chicken satay, grilled fish, and fried rice which were quite yummy.
