It's a common interview question and we have all come across it in many circumstances in our lives. The question sounds so easy but again it's hard and some cannot put it down on paper or just say it. What are your strengths and weaknesses? Can you tell people what keeps you motivated and confident as a result of your strengths? What are your weaknesses that you even fear for people to discover about you? I wanna hear from you mylotters.

My weakness is fear of offending someone since I like to make remarks that people misunderstand since a lot of airline companies that were around in the 1970s like Pan Am airlines, Braniff International, Eastern Airlines and others are no longer in existence since I have a love for airplanes as a fan of transportation shows on television.
My strength is my sense of humor from the classic television era.

Good for you! That question almost seems like a trap because they are asking you to reveal what you don't want them to know. If you are a bit naive or just a very honest person, you might tell them something that will make them reject you. I like the way you put it -- ongoing development.

@Sheilamarie78 yes this is because they know it's a very difficult part for you and also hard to use positive verbs or adjectives to describe your weaknesses positively

Yes according to interview experts nowadays they recommend you say it that way or your area of improvement

Im so happy that im still healthy no matter how i got so many sickness and i feel well now . My strength is im cheerful thats why some people will gladly look at me

I fail every time and I hate it in first place because what am I supposed to do, brag and when I tell people what I think I need to improve they go dude you weak. Its a rigged question from the start.
