Earning $200 weekly

I am from a third tier country which means that if I am earning $200 per week, I wont have to bother working offline. In some countries in Africa, $200 is like a million in thier currency and the reason why most Africa nation or third tier nations can't earn upto that amount daily, is mainly because we are still developing and we don't get much opportunities online on like the developed countries or nations. How do you think a third tier country earn $200 weekly or even daily online?
