Happy Farmer’s Day

Today in Zambia they celebrate the farmers and its a holiday. So this morning we went to our friends farm land to bless it (she just bought it and still doesn’t know what to plant).
It was not a pleasant experience because there were scorpions there. Yes! Real , live, mid-sized scorpions. I ran. No thank you. Hopefully she gets the farm up and running soon. Monday was eventful lol.

Yes indeed. I find myself lucky since having moved here to Zambia living in a smaller city surrounded by small farms where I go and buy my produce. The food is like anything I have ever tasted before. So blessed.
