Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 74 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. Meh. I am back here at the apartment after IOP. I asked the counselor to get in touch with the psychiatric NP to get a refill on my antidepressant. I only have 2 days left. The assistant called me and said that he is booked for a couple of weeks but that she would reach out to him to try to get me enough medication to get me through until then. At that point hopefully the dosage can be increased and he can give me something to sleep as well. I am hungry and in the mood for chicken fingers so I ordered some from Chili's via DoorDash. Not cheap but whatever. YOLO. My big plans for the afternoon include doing the dishes and working on some homemade pasta. I'm getting all crazy up in here.

I'm fixing chicken for dinner, also. Not chicken fingers, which I really like! Jay has been to Chili's, years back. He liked it!

I love chicken fingers. I hope the doctor can give you some helpful meds. I see mine in about 3 weeks. As I mentioned, eye doctor and Longhorn today.
