I just deleted a whole bunch of friends. Don't take this personally! I just want to have the long and random and interesting discussions in "discussions my friends have started." I'm not going to be accepting all friends invitations now, I'll be checking what kind of discussions you start first. So don't be offended if I turn you down, I don't mean anything by it, honest. :P Those of you who I kept - I want to thank you for taking the time to create such interesting discussions. You guys really make me think sometimes. ...and get songs stuck in my head! D:

Ha Ha...I know who to think for getting songs stuck in my head! LOL Thanks for the compliment by keeping me as your friend! I do the same think before I accept any friends. And believe me, I have turned down a lot. I too have hoped that they do not get offended. But then I see they have over 200 friends, so I realize that they probably would not even notice. :)

Ring ring ring ring banana phone! _ Ah ha! But this time I have music playing in the background, so it can't get stuck! You always have interesting discussions to respond to. I know what you mean about denying people, too.

I always check out the discussions people start and respond to when I am deciding whether or not to accept a friend. It just makes sense. You did the right thing and if they are offended, they are probably just in it for the money!

Thank you for the nice comment. I agree, but before the option to see all my friends' discussions at once was available, I just accepted everyone's friend's request. Now I'll do it the smart way! :P

I've been doing this, too. I only want the number of friends I can honestly devote time to.

I agree. And there are a whole bunch of people here that I can honestly consider friends now, not just icons. So I like to respond to their discussions because I want to tell them personally how I feel, not just share my ideas with people in general.

That is a good way to look at it. I like to have friends that give good discussions to respond to as well. they are the kind of people who are really interested in helping you and them as well as contributing beneficially to mylot as a whole.
