Ants

I have ants charging up our pole containing humming bird feeders.. How do I stop them?

Have you tried puting the bottom of the pole through a tin filled with oil. Mabey try putting a something around the pole with a liquid or oil inside.

Do you get turmeric powder (yellow in colour, used for cooking) in your grocery store? Buy some, mix it with water and sprinkle on pole and at the bottom of the pole. Ants just vanish.

best will be to put rice flour around the pole. ants will run away like crazy.
