I had fried chicken breast for dinner this evening. I love eating chicken. I usually have fried skinless chicken breast, occasionally chicken thigh. Chicken breast and Chicken thigh differ in nutritional value. If you compare the nutrition in both parts of the chicken, chicken breasts are healthier. They are low in calories, high in protein, low in fats and saturated fats but high in good cholesterol. However, chicken thighs are great for their tenderness and flavor but they contain more fats and less protein than breast. Do you like chicken breast or thigh?

Can I choose both.I love them both rather equally.Don't make me choose,It's just to hard to pick after what you said about both of it having different nutrition value.
