Last Green Bean

Canning at least. I will be going out to pick them when I am done online here. I am running out of pint canning jars. So I am going to put some of these into quart jars. Hoping someone will bring some into the auction soon so I can get more. I do have a few in the freezer that I need to empty. They have goats milk in them that is getting old. I will start pulling them out to thaw later today or tomorrow.
The rest of the green beans will be going to the auction as they are ready. I am very happy with the way they produced this year. I am hoping my indian corn, pumpkins and squash do as good. Those will be ready late next month into October.

You are somebody I envy. Really envy. I wish next life I will be born on a farm. I am willing to work hard. As long as I get to see new fruits growing each day. New buds new leaves....... wow...what a wonderful experience. I actually count leaves on my small marjoram each morning looking for fresh leaves. That is all that I can grow in my small balcony.

I never thought I'd see something like that! 
Ohhh.... that's too bad, Dearheart. Pretty and I are growing tomatoes and green bell peppers in pots on our front porch. We love watching them grow and bear fruit, too.2 people like this

I love goat milk cheese. I think that it is the best including for health reasons. Do you make goat milk cheese?

Good morning. My morning started at about 4am today. Had to be at work by 6:45 and it's a 30 minute drive to town. Worked for about 3 hours and then we were done. Found out that they don't like to keep us past noon on Saturdays so sometimes it is only one run and then we're done for the day.
I'm doing my MyLot, getting blog posts ready to publish for the week, getting some laundry done, baking cookies, dehydrating zucchini, crocheting, maybe diamond painting, and cleaning my room some more.
Whatever I don't get done today will get moved to tomorrow since I have that off.
I'm glad your garden was good to you. I need to buy a burner for canning. I rent and am not willing to risk my flat top stove. I have someone that wants to come can since I follow NCHFP and Ball recipes. He said he wants to do it safe.

I no longer use recipes very much anymore. But I have canned for years now. So I have learned how to experiment with it
