Hairloss Help, Post Covid

We had Covid back in October of 2021. It was about 3 months later, in January 2022, that we both noticed significant hairloss. My Dr said it was a very common side effect to having covid and it would last about 6 months before it would start to right itself. Okay, pan to me freaking out completely. We did a lot of research and decided to try two things: 1. Organic Nettle Tea 2. Our hair growth oils. We started this regimen around the end of February. Within a month of regular use, drinking the tea and applying the oils to our scalp, we saw the hairloss slow and stop. Our scalp became very healthy and the hair seemed to thicken again. New hairs were noticeable a few months later. I was so pleased and I thought I would share with the Lot in hopes that someone else might find relief from post covid hairloss. I can't say if this combination will help in other hair loss instances but they can't hurt. Both items were obtained from Amazon and are very reasonably priced. Picture is mine.

Uhm... Didn't your doctor tell you that you didn't need to do anything to re-start hair growth? Any shock to our systems can cause hair loss and after the systemic shock is over, the hair should begin to grow again all by itself.

He told us we had to wait it out and it could last for 6 months. And yes, he sited those reasons. Which is why I posted this because this actually did help us. We lost hair for about a month before trying this and by the next month it slowed and stopped. By 6 months I would have been bald!!

I am happy for you that you are regaining the hair that you lost due to COVID is now a thing of the past by taking the advice of the doctor to drink organic nettle tea and using hair growth oils.

Thank you. The Dr really didn't have any advice but we found this doing our own research.

I have not suffered hair loss as of yet, but if it's working, more power to you.

Some people didn't. I thought, perhaps, it was the severity of the sickness but my husband had a VERY mild case and I a pretty bad case so that wasn't it.

Oh thanks for that tip..I am all about hair. I have had some nasty hair loss recently due to the immense amount of stress here and health issues. I am a hairdresser by trade and Nioxin works well for me. Glad this is working good for you.

We have continued to use them both but less frequently. The oil is really nice.
