When contacting Customer Service

I have to admit I am do call customer service of the online travel agencies where we get our inventory from. I know its not always easy because you have to wait in queue. One thing a lot of those entitled folks forget is at the end of the computer screen, the person answering your call, chat or email is just another employee trying to earn a living. A lot of people will forget about manners when in fact they are the ones asking for help. It goes a long way to be kind to the advisor or representative helping you out. Always remember, if you are contacting customer service (regardless of brand or type of service or product), that guy answering your chat may be chatting with 2-3 people at the same time while navigating their tools. Its not easy and a lot of those who feel entitled look down on them. If you do want a 1 on 1 service then go with phone support instead.
